Program Description

What is the program?

Our goal was to develop a program easy for you to take advantage of through having a variety of communication vehicles. We understand the need for flexibility. Therefore, we offer you several communication options for submitting your comments:

• Contact your Measurement Consultant, Project Manager, Customer Service Representative, Sampling Coordinator
• Visit with us at conferences or product training sessions
• Complete the online program forms at your convenience. 

How will my comments be used?

With your consent, we would like to share your experience with others through:

• Brochures/flyers
• Direct Mail (catalogs, letters, CD, and other media)
• Advertisements
• Website
• Other Marketing Initiatives

Can I request that my experience no longer be used?

Yes. At anytime, you may request to be removed. All we ask is that your request be submitted in writing via email, customerview@harcourt.com.
